Downloading a submittal

After a recipient of a transmittal has submitted a submittal in response, you can download the submittal to evaluate it and either approve or reject the submittal.

To download a submittal:

1. Open the transmittal for which you want to download the submittal.
2. In the Transmittal submittals section, click the name of the submittal that you want to download. Depending on your browser and its settings, you may be prompted for what you want to do with the file. Click Open to open the file in the application that is registered for the file type of the submittal package.

You can now extract the contents of the submittal and evaluate it for compliance with the submitter’s responsibilities.
